Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using Anony Botter and our support team is unable to resolve the problem within a reasonable time frame, you may be eligible for a refund.
Unauthorized Purchases: In the event of an unauthorized purchase made using your payment information, please notify us immediately, and we will investigate the matter. If the purchase is confirmed as unauthorized, a refund will be issued.
Money-back Guarantee: If you contact us within 14 days of the purchase we'll be more than happy to refund your payment.

2. Refund Request Procedure

3. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Card refunds typically take 3-5 working days to credit back into the customer’s account. PayPal refunds typically re-appear in a customer’s account within 48 hours of requesting the refund.

4. Subscription Refunds

If you have subscribed to one of our premium plans and wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time. Also, we do offer refunds for the unused portion of your subscription.
