Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Card refunds typically take 3-5 working days to credit back into the customer’s account. PayPal refunds typically re-appear in a customer’s account within 48 hours of requesting the refund.
If you have subscribed to one of our premium plans and wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time. Also, we do offer refunds for the unused portion of your subscription.
